Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by email prior to arrival at the premises and the deposit remains acquired by the agency, which can request the balance of the stay in the event that the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the house. If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours from the date of arrival indicated in the contract, this contract is cancelled and the agency can recover the property.
